Job Summary:
Our organization seeks an experienced Food Safety Manager to oversee the manufacture of food products in compliance with stringent food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring strict compliance with food safety standards, quality specifications, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all production processes. This includes monitoring daily operations, conducting regular inspections, maintaining accurate records, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the hot kitchen environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor and enforce adherence to food safety regulations, quality control procedures, and hygiene standards.
  2. Evaluate and mitigate potential risks to food safety, product quality, and employee well-being.
  3. Conduct thorough training sessions for kitchen staff on food safety practices, quality control protocols, and hygiene standards.
  4. Investigate and resolve non-conformances or complaints related to product quality, food safety, and hygiene in a timely and efficient manner.
  5. Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of CCP logs, temperature checks, batch records, and inspection findings.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance, food manufacturing, or food safety management, with hands-on experience in a hot kitchen or food production environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
