Job Title: Senior Food Safety Specialist

Kitchen Compliance is a critical component of any food service operation, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Food Safety Specialist to oversee all kitchen quality assurance and control processes. This key role requires a strong background in food safety and quality control, as well as excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards, conducting regular audits, inspections, and testing of ingredients, preparation processes, and finished products for consistent food quality. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and reviewing kitchen SOPs, recipes, and standard preparation methods to meet compliance and company standards.

We are looking for someone who can effectively train, supervise, and guide kitchen staff on proper handling, storage, and preparation of food while maintaining accurate QA & QC documentation. Analytical skills are essential to identify gaps in kitchen performance and drive continuous improvement in food quality, safety, and efficiency.
