Quality Assurance Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our Food Quality and Safety Management System.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and implementing the Food Quality and Safety Management System.
- Enforcing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conducting routine validation inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Investigating and reporting on nonconformances and customer returns.
- Assisting in preparation for customer audits, regulatory audits, and external accreditation reviews.
- Participating in internal audits and design development programs.
- Performing monthly lab tests, data analysis, and quality reports.
- Liaising with authorities and third-party vendors.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Food Science or related field.
- At least 3 years of QA experience in the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 management systems.
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification is required.
- ISO 22000/HACCP Internal Auditor certification is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
