Senior Food Safety Manager

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to fill the role of Senior Food Safety Manager.
This key position involves implementing and maintaining our comprehensive Food Quality and Safety Management System. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enforcing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and identifying areas for improvement through routine validation inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and implementing the Food Quality and Safety Management System.
- Enforcing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conducting routine validation inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Investigating and reporting on nonconformances and customer returns.
- Assisting in preparation for customer audits, regulatory audits, and external accreditation reviews.
- Participating in internal audits and design development programs.
- Performing monthly lab tests, data analysis, and quality reports.
- Liaising with authorities and third-party vendors.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Food Science or related field.
- At least 3 years of QA experience in the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 management systems.
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification is required.
- ISO 22000/HACCP Internal Auditor certification is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
