**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct regular food safety audit of all production processes, including reviewing and evaluating adequacy of existing internal control systems and standard operational procedures, as well as recommending corrective measures
- Enforce on food safety management policies and procedures in compliance with HACCP and SFA regulatory requirements
- Attend to periodical inspections by SFA Officers and External Auditors pertaining to food safety and hygiene matters
- Train the production and operational staff on proper food safety and personal hygiene practice
- Provide timely management report on audit review of food safety conditions found and recommends improvements in food safety procedures or other desirable actions
- Report to the management on non-compliance of food safety regulations
- Work closely on pest control issues for production, warehouse and logistics; and recommends corrective measures.
- Conduct routine check on food hygiene and safety on all outlets
- Must have experience in working in a food establishment and auditing in a food related factory
- Required to do spot check on the mid-night production baking
- To be involved in the pest control matters for premises
**Requirements**:
- Polytechnic Diploma/Degree in Food Science/Technology or related fields
- Minimum two (2) years of hands-on working experience in similar position in food manufacturing industry.
- A good team player with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Analytical with a keen sense of observation
- 5-day work week
- Able to start work immediately/ within a short notice period
