Culinary Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes while ensuring food safety standards are met.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes including braised beef, pork ribs soup, and other cooked foods.
  • Check the quality of raw and cooked food products and ensure that they meet food safety standards.
  • Perform quality control checks on all items before they are served.
  • Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
  • Be available to work on public holidays.
