Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements:
  • A degree in any field (Hospitality, Business Management, or related fields preferred)
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the food and beverage industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in inventory management, cash handling, and data analysis
  • Possession of passion for the food and beverage industry and a drive to contribute to the success of the business
