Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hotel Ambassador and Guest Experience Expert to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for our guests within the hotel lobby and club lounge.

Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional service by collaborating closely with the Assistant Manager to ensure that all guests receive courteous and efficient services. You will respond promptly and tactfully to guest complaints, requests, and inquiries, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of guest arrivals, events, amenities, outlets, and general information.

You will maintain close communication with Concierge, Reception, Bell Counter, and Front Office Cashier regarding guest arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless coordination of services. Additionally, you will handle baggage and transport handling as well as general enquiries efficiently and courteously.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to approach various tasks assigned by superiors diligently and professionally, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements
  • Minimum completion of PSLE or its equivalent.
  • Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
  • Positive attitude with an outgoing personality and good communication skills.
