Job Title: Guest Experience Ambassador

This role oversees the guest experience at our food and beverage outlets in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high service standards through continuous monitoring of guest feedback and reviews
  • Maintain strong relationships with repeat guests and VIP clientele
  • Enhance F&B sales through effective guest engagement and upselling
  • Manage guest flow in the restaurant to maximize turnover
  • Provide comprehensive training and assess the performance of service staff
  • Collaborate with the F&B team to develop innovative dining experiences

Requirements:

  • Secondary Education or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 3 years Hotel experience in F&B
  • Excellent English language proficiency
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish good rapport with guests

Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is also required.
