About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Business Development Manager, APAC, to spearhead our sales efforts in the region. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical acumen and sales expertise, enabling them to effectively communicate the value proposition of our product to potential customers in the APAC market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the APAC region.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to define budget and priorities for generating and qualifying sales leads.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key partners and stakeholders in the region.
  • Analyze customer requirements and design customized product solutions to meet their needs.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, tracking, and lead progression across the product sales life cycle.
  • Design sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success as a Sales Lead, particularly in a hunter role, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on closing deals and achieving results.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer engagements and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and use of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
