Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests. Your role will involve handling customer calls and responding to enquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for greeting and directing guests to their designated rooms, ensuring that all necessary actions are taken to provide excellent service based on established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls and respond to enquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely manner
  • Greet and direct guests to their designated rooms
  • Ensure all necessary actions are taken to provide excellent service based on SOPs
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve targeted sales goals
  • Provide basic technical support for any technical errors that may arise in the outlet
  • Accurately process billing according to SOP
  • Maintain the tidiness of rooms before and after guest stays

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the service industry is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong service orientation, friendly, and cheerful personality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to perform split shifts, work on weekends, and public holidays as required
