Preparation and hosting of VIPs
- Develop and champion initiatives/guest delight to improve the guest experience for Integrated Waterpark Resort (IWPR: D'Resort & Wild Wild Wet)
- Develop and champion initiatives to gather reviews and improve rankings
- Walk the ground to review/implement improvement works, liaise closely with relevant departments to resolve feedback from guests
- Ensure smooth daily operations for guests and partners (VIPs/guest delight/programming)
- Collate and compile the monthly reports and analysis for IWPR VIPs/Guest delight activities
- Provision of support for Guest Services Operations (IWPR feedback and enquiries through all channels, monitoring and replying to Social Media and OTA platforms, collating compliments and gathering Tripadvisor reviews)
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Higher Nitec in hospitality/tourism management
- 1 - 2 years of experience in customer service or guest experience
- Computer literature
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player and adaptable to changes
