We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Specialist to join our team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our guests. As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest leaves our restaurant feeling happy and satisfied with their experience.
You will work closely with our team to identify unique opportunities to delight our guests and provide exceptional service. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and has a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with guests to ensure they feel valued and appreciated
- Take orders and describe menu options to guests in a clear and concise manner
- Suggest products based on your extensive knowledge of our offerings and up-sell where appropriate
- Proactively address any issues or concerns that may arise during service and take steps to resolve them
- Continuously look for ways to improve procedures and systems to enhance the overall guest experience
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and think on your feet
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
- A willingness to learn and take feedback on board
