Exceptional Guest Experience Specialist

You will play a vital role in delivering memorable and unique guest experiences. Your primary responsibility is to take the initiative and provide a wide range of services to ensure our guests enjoy their meal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Uphold quality standards by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and organized environment
  • Ensure your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional at all times

The physical demands of the job include standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, managing the menu, and taking a hands-on approach to work. You must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.
