We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Professional to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Relations: Establish strong relationships with guests through proactive communication and personalized service.
- Welcome and Acknowledge: Welcome guests with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting, using the guest's name when possible.
- Anticipate Guest Needs: Anticipate guests' service needs and take proactive steps to meet those needs.
- Listen and Respond: Actively listen to guests' questions, concerns, and requests, and respond in a professional and positive manner.
- Provide Exceptional Service: Address guests' service needs in a timely and efficient manner, providing solutions to any issues that may arise.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and come up with creative solutions to complex problems.
