Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and checking in/out guests with professionalism and warmth.
  • Responding to guest inquiries and providing personalized information about the hotel's amenities and services.
  • Acting as a liaison between guests and the hotel team to resolve any issues or concerns.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. A minimum of 1 year customer service experience is required, along with attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset. Proficiency in Opera is a plus but not necessary.
