Job Description
The Academic Administrator will oversee and enhance faculty-related administrative processes at NTU. This includes managing faculty-related data systems, providing secretariat support for meetings, and drafting advisories, user guides, and standard operating procedures for faculty processes. Your expertise in academic administration, HR, or academic publishing will be valuable in streamlining faculty-related operations and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve our goals.

You will work closely with the Assistant Director and team to design and administer faculty surveys aimed at improving engagement and assist with the planning and rollout of faculty development strategies and initiatives. Key responsibilities include management of faculty-related processes, provision of guidance and support to faculty and administrators, and identification of enhancements to streamline faculty-related operations.
