DESIGNATION : Admin Assistant
RESPONSIBILITIES
**Admin Assistant**
To meet growing demands, our Program Management team is looking for individuals who are passionate and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high volume environment. As an integral part of the team, you are required to provide efficient and effective support. You should possess excellent interpersonal and coordination skills, with the ability to multitask on administrative work and adapt to changes. **Administrative Management**
- Management of textbook ordering
- Attendance Management includes sending weekly attendance tracking and intervention, sending reminders to students, etc.
- Results verification, distribution of degree cert/ transcripts
- Filing of defer / transfer / withdrawal / refund cases
- Reception duties for WO and/ or any events as necessary and covering PM reception duties
- Sorting and collation of Student ID cards
- Ordering of stationery
- Manage schedule and process payments for part-time Evaluating Coordinator
- Evaluation management (e.g. generating class lists, compiling evaluations, generating evaluation reports, etc.)
- Updating the evaluation scores in all the necessary reports, including the monthly report on a monthly basis
- Assignment management (sorting / scanning / distribution), when necessary
- Courier Management
- Managing EIP programs including timetable scheduling, course materials preparation, student enrolment in KSS, updating student status in KSS, results release, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
**Minimum Requirements**
- Diploma or Higher Nitec holders in any discipline or equivalent.
- 1 Year of Admin experience
