Job Description

At Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a empathetic and solution-focused approach.
  • Analyze customer feedback and use it to improve our services and products.
  • Respond to customer reviews and maintain a positive online reputation.
  • Provide software training and support to customers, ensuring they get the most out of our products.
  • Investigate and resolve driver fatigue cases for commercial bus and SME companies.
  • Assist customers in retrieving camera footage as needed.
  • Prepare usage reports for the sales team to support grants claims.
  • Prepare telematic reports to help customers improve driver behavior and reduce accidents.
Data Analysis and Quality Control:
  • Conduct data analytics to ensure software and product accuracy.
  • Perform back-end quality control checks for new vehicle installation projects.
  • Monitor server performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Arrange CCTV installation or maintenance bookings with customers as needed.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High volume of calls and/or emails daily.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the customer service team.
  • Attentiveness and patience when interacting with customers.
  • Strong time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.
