Customer Relations Executive

The Customer Relations Executive plays a vital role in representing Helius in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This position is responsible for assisting, responding, and resolving customer issues through various channels, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality service to customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Encourage customers to utilize self-service options, such as our chatbot, to increase engagement and reduce reliance on manual workflows.
  • Review and maintain communication content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Analyze data from various systems to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in any field with customer service experience.
  • General knowledge of e-commerce business and good customer service practices.
  • Integrity, innovative mindset, customer-centric approach, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in native language (Vietnamese); good knowledge of English.
Preferred Skills:
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Basic analytical and information gathering skills.
  • Understanding of workflow processes and improvements.
  • Tech-savviness with service support software and relevant computer programs.
  • Basic coding knowledge, such as VBA and macros.
