Job Description:
The Senior Support Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing and availability of scanned documents related to Trade Finance. Key responsibilities include daily scanning of relevant documents, maintaining their legibility, accuracy, and categorization, collaborating with teams for timely processing, safeguarding export Letters of Credit, tracking their validity and status, and generating and submitting reconciliation reports. Additionally, the officer is responsible for managing the monthly archiving of bank-related files, administering the departmental stationery purchase process, and retrieving archived files as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
- Experience in document scanning and archiving processes.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams.
- Knowledge of export and import documentation processes is preferred.
