  • Design and deliver training programs to equip volunteers with the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Manage the volunteer database and analyze data to inform volunteer engagement strategies.
  • Conduct regular volunteer needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
  • Develop and implement communication plans to mobilize volunteers and promote volunteer opportunities.
  • Assist in the development of appreciation incentives and events to recognize and reward volunteers.
  • Identify opportunities for corporate volunteering partnerships and develop strategies to engage corporate volunteers.
  • Develop publicity materials to promote volunteer campaigns and events.
  • Manage volunteer relationships, including new volunteer sign-ups and engagement plans.
  • Contribute to fundraising efforts by planning and implementing assigned donor and campaign strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum degree in Business or relevant discipline.
  • Proven experience in volunteer management or a related field.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and able to analyze data to inform volunteer engagement strategies.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
