Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote the organization's mission and values
  • Manage volunteer programs, including recruitment, training, and retention
  • Plan and execute events, conferences, and other activities that promote community engagement and partnerships
  • Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to develop and implement programs that meet the needs of the community
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, making recommendations for improvement
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Events Management, Business Management, Volunteer Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in community engagement, partnerships, and event management
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel for presentations and data analysis
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders across different levels
  • Resourceful, able to work independently and in a team with volunteers and community leaders
  • Flexible to work on some weekday evenings and weekends
