Executive Director, Affluent Business Growth

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth in our affluent and high net worth segment.
Key Responsibilities:- Foster strong relationships with agency sales forces to achieve and exceed growth targets in terms of affluent sales productivity and prestige club membership.
- Engage agency leaders and field consultants via district meetings to provide regular updates on production progress and share knowledge on wealth management propositions to enhance competency and awareness.
- Support agency leaders and field consultants in case discussions and case management to grow affluent business.
- Drive offshore business opportunities and initiatives, providing training and support to agency leaders and field consultants to uplift their competency levels.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities or leads generation ideas to create sales platforms.
- Contribute to special initiatives driving company's strategic objectives towards digitalisation and customer-centric agency culture.
- Implement AHNW initiatives for agency and AFA, including recognition events and campaigns.
- Liaise with operational teams for new business applications and work with clusters and districts to increase awareness of the club and retention rate of prestige club members.
- Design, execute, and monitor sales related activities and campaigns to increase productivity and competency.
- Collaborate with location BD teams to roll out sales related activities and campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in finance or business administration.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth in affluent and high net worth segments.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to engage and motivate teams.
- Basic knowledge of wealth management tools, including wills, trusts, financing, family offices, offshore regions sales, and business proposition process.
