About This Opportunity:
Our organization seeks a seasoned and results-driven Business Development Strategist who will build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to client needs and concerns.
- Develop and implement strategies to build and strengthen client relationships, fostering collaboration with key business executives and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including contract updates and renewals.
- Cultivate cross-functional relationships within our organization to ensure seamless delivery of solutions that meet customer expectations.
- Stay up-to-date on our products and services to effectively upsell and cross-sell to clients.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, Communications, Engineering, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business development or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
The Business Development Strategist will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing and implementing strategies to strengthen these relationships, and ensuring seamless delivery of solutions that meet customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
