
Senior Customer Experience Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve optimal customer satisfaction by fostering a positive and welcoming environment.
- Train and mentor new and existing team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in customer service.
- Collaborate with senior management to design and implement procedures that ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Welcome and assist customers, maintaining accurate records and monitoring appointments to ensure timely follow-up.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and satisfactory manner by listening actively and providing tailored solutions.
- Implement and improve customer retention strategies by analyzing customer feedback and implementing data-driven recommendations.
- Foster strong relationships with customers through regular communication and proactive issue resolution.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles with a proven track record of excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Prior experience in training or mentoring is an asset, as is digital literacy and adaptability.
- Professional appearance and well-groomed demeanor are essential for representing the company.
