We are seeking a Senior Customer Experience Manager to join our organization.
Job DescriptionAs a Senior Customer Experience Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving loyalty across all customer touchpoints. You will be responsible for planning, conducting, and facilitating stakeholder discussions, workshops, user surveys, and interviews to understand customer needs and preferences.
You will create user stories, personas, and storyboards to visualize customer journeys and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you will maintain, review, and create new customer journey maps to enhance corporate clients' digital experiences.
