
Regional Sales Compensation Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Compensation Lead to join our team.
- This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing sales compensation programs that drive revenue growth and employee engagement across the APAC region.
The successful candidate will be a strategic business partner who can provide expert advice on sales incentive design, analysis, and optimization. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and deploying innovative sales compensation plans aligned with business objectives;
- Providing data-driven insights to inform compensation strategy and identify areas for improvement;
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with regional sales leaders and other stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement comprehensive sales enablement strategies;
- Educating and coaching sales teams on maximizing their compensation opportunities through scenario modeling and other tools;
- Managing and analyzing sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
