**Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager Asia Pacific**:
Our team in **Singapore** currently has an opening for a **Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager Asia Pacific**
**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Bring global Compensation & Benefits strategy, policies and standards to life in Asia Pacific
- Drive implementation and roll-out of global compensation initiatives such as salary bands concept and incentive schemes and ensure ongoing maintenance
- Contribute to global Compensation & Benefits topics (e.g., STI, sales incentives, policies) and adjust to regional specifics
- Take on responsibility for design and maintenance for region-specific Compensation & Benefits topics
- Drive the annual people performance management and compensation (salary & bonus) review cycle for Asia Pacific
- Review of job mapping and evaluation outcomes to ensure accuracy and consistency across the region
- Participate in compensation surveys and support in preparing compensation packages for executives of the region
- Act as key counterpart to regional VPs, BPs and HR Generalists for Compensation & Benefit topics.
**YOUR PROFILE**:
**Role Requirements**:
- Master’s degree preferably in HRM or Business Administration
- 10-12 years of relevant experience, preferably in a C&B consulting or regional C&B capacity and managing global/regional C&B initiatives
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good communication & engagement skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with proficient use in Excel
