We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Total Rewards Manager to lead the design, implementation, and governance of compensation, benefits, and total rewards strategies across Asia.

This role ensures competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with global frameworks while addressing local market needs.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional total rewards strategies aligned with global HR and business goals.
  • Lead compensation and benefits planning for annual cycles (e.g., salary reviews, bonus programs, equity plans).
  • Provide strategic consultation to senior leadership on pay competitiveness, retention, and reward optimization.
">Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with at least 5 years in a regional Asia role.

Strong knowledge of compensation frameworks, benefits design, and regulatory environments across Asia.

Experience working with global vendors and tools (e.g., Workday, SAP, Mercer surveys).

Strong analytical and Excel modeling skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
