Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Professional to lead our efforts in East Asia and India. This is a key role that requires expertise in designing, developing, implementing, and managing market-competitive compensation and benefits solutions for the region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with regional HR teams and business partners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee compensation and benefits matters for nine countries and approximately 1,400 employees.
  • Support regional HR teams in implementing, communicating, and administering compensation and benefit programs.
  • Partner with HR Managers and Business Partners to review and improve current compensation and benefit programs.
  • Develop and implement impactful compensation and benefit solutions to address changing market environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant area (master's degree preferred).
  • 8-10 years professional experience, including minimum 5 years of compensation & benefits experience in a multi-country environment in East Asia India.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to use complex analysis to drive insights and decision making.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Good knowledge of regional factors influencing effective and cost-effective compensation and benefits solutions within the EAI region.
