About The Job

  • Leading a team to meticulously manage and oversee all Distribution Compensation Operations, guaranteeing timely and accurate validation and disbursement of payments. Your leadership will be key to fostering a high-performing and motivated team.
  • Becoming the subject matter expert for compensation schemes, ensuring every detail is accounted for with unwavering accuracy and efficiency.
  • Translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable directives for your team, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Diving deep into data to uncover trends and generate powerful insights that directly inform and drive strategic business decisions. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to embed these findings into the operational processes.
  • Establishing robust frameworks for both new and existing initiatives, implementing controls and governance that ensure unwavering compliance and operational integrity.
  • Working hand-in-hand with agencies, building strong relationships and ensuring the compensation processes are transparent and highly effective.
Skills And Experience Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Finance is essential, complemented by professional accounting qualifications (ACCA/CPA).
  • You'll bring at least 8 years of progressive, relevant experience, with a significant portion dedicated to leading sizable teams within the life insurance sector.
  • Your proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, coupled with your strategic mindset, will be critical to your success.
