With more than 40 years of experience with strong footprint in over 20 locations, our client in the precision engineering is looking for their first Compensation & Benefit lead.

**Your new role**

You shall lead and provide advisory services for the full spectrum of core C&B activities across the regions, working closely with local country HR and the senior management team.

The C&B Lead will implement regional C&B projects / initiatives, ensuring they are aligned to the Group’s compensation philosophy and mid-long term business objectives.

Some of the upcoming key projects include:

- Job evaluation exercise across the Group
- Grade structure design
- Salary ranges

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree, preferably majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably with regional/global exposure in driving C&B related projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders to drive organisational change.
- Experience in performance cycle / job evaluation / salary benchmarking
