Compensation Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven professional to lead our Distribution Compensation Operations.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for meticulously managing and overseeing all Distribution Compensation Operations, ensuring timely and accurate validation and disbursement of payments.
  • As the subject matter expert for compensation schemes, you will ensure every detail is accounted for with unwavering accuracy and efficiency.
  • You will translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable directives for your team, driving operational excellence.
  • By analyzing data trends and generating powerful insights, you will directly inform and drive strategic business decisions.
  • You will establish robust frameworks for new and existing initiatives, implementing controls and governance that ensure compliance and operational integrity.
  • In collaboration with agencies, you will build strong relationships and ensure transparent and effective compensation processes.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Finance is essential, complemented by professional accounting qualifications (ACCA/CPA).
  • At least 8 years of progressive experience, with significant leadership within the life insurance sector.
  • A proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, coupled with a strategic mindset.
