Our team is seeking a skilled Compensation Associate to support our finance operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and excellent analytical skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end operational support for partnership compensation activities, collaborating with IT and key stakeholders to implement system enhancements, and coordinating the timely disbursement of marketing allowances and super bonuses.
Additional responsibilities include managing compensation-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, reviewing and enforcing business rules related to distribution compensation, verifying accuracy of system-generated commission reports, and extracting and analyzing commission data using queries for validation and reporting.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum degree in a related discipline and at least one year of relevant finance experience. You should also be able to start immediately or within short notice.
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you are interested in this opportunity, please submit your detailed resume in MS Word format.
