Job Title: Human Resource Manager

The HR team is seeking a skilled professional to support the organization's rewards programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior management with data analysis related to employee compensation and benefits.
  • Lead the review and recalibration of salary, bonus, and share plans.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for insurance renewals and benefits reviews.
  • Collaborate with consultants to ensure report accuracy for presentation to senior management.
  • Act as a liaison between HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate accounting provisions and financial disclosures.
  • Ensure survey participation and advise on cost center allocation and salary budgets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or equivalent field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or compensation & benefits role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software; experience with EVA compensation model necessary.
  • Meticulous with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
