
Compensation and Benefits Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our compensation and benefits team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- To conduct regular market research and job evaluations to ensure competitive pay structures.
- Manage all compensation-related projects, including salary reviews, increments, bonus payouts, and ad-hoc payments.
- Oversee employee benefits, insurance, wellness programs, and ensure efficient administration through HRIS and vendor coordination.
- Manage vendor relationships and support budget planning for C&B programs.
- Provide guidance and support to the Compensation & Benefits team on all related matters.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits administration, with a strong foundation in HR.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong expertise in Excel.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
