The primary goal of this role is to effectively manage compensation and benefits operations within an organization.

  • Manage payroll, employee benefits, and statutory contributions.

  • Support the annual salary review and bonus processes.
  • Liaise with external vendors and government agencies on HR-related matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A diploma or degree in human resource management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in HR operations, preferably 2 years.
