
Compensation & Benefits Manager

Ensure C&B programs meets internal equity, external market competitiveness as well as legal requirements and compliance regulations
- Participate C&B market surveys, benchmarking exercise and analysis of market trends.
- Lead the annual salary review, existing salary structure review, promotion exercise and bonus payout processes.
- Fine-tune existing HR-related systems and/or propose new initiatives to strengthen company’s market position in attracting, rewarding and retaining talent.
- Demonstrated project management experience in organizing, planning, and executing projects from conception through implementation
- Designing, developing and implementing new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
- Supporting the HR team with recruitment and talent management activities.
- Preparing annual budget planning, reports, and presentations.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
**Requirement**:
- Degree in HR, Business Management and Statistics preferred
- At least 6~8 years working experience in C&B field with in-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits structure design and remuneration survey analysis
- Track record in delivering job evaluation, salary structure review and benefit administering projects independently
- Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits.
- Self-motivated with ability to organise multiple projects, adapt quickly to changes and persevere to meet objectives
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
