Compensation & Benefits Lead
This role is responsible for overseeing the compensation and benefits functions within an organization. Key responsibilities include leading a team of HR professionals, managing payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee the compensation and benefits team.
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, CPF contributions, IRAS tax reporting, and other statutory requirements.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience with a focus on Compensation & Benefits and Payroll.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing payroll and C&B functions.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, payroll regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Expert proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
