Job Opportunity

The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for various key roles and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Run end-to-end payroll processes for assigned countries or regions.
  • Prepare comprehensive payroll reports and provide support during audits.
  • Support annual review cycles, bonuses, and incentive schemes to drive employee engagement and performance.
  • Maintain HR systems and generate insightful reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on compensation planning and budgeting to optimize organizational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations regarding compensation and benefits.

In addition to these core responsibilities, the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to contribute to Compensation and Benefits projects as needed.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits and payroll management, preferably with regional or multinational exposure.
  • Deep knowledge of Singapore's Employment Act and payroll practices is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, independence, and stakeholder skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with compensation frameworks and benefits processes are required.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is necessary.
