Compensation and Benefits Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our compensation and benefits team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • To conduct regular market research and job evaluations to ensure competitive pay structures.
  • Manage all compensation-related projects, including salary reviews, increments, bonus payouts, and ad-hoc payments.
  • Oversee employee benefits, insurance, wellness programs, and ensure efficient administration through HRIS and vendor coordination.
  • Manage vendor relationships and support budget planning for C&B programs.
  • Provide guidance and support to the Compensation & Benefits team on all related matters.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits administration, with a strong foundation in HR.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong expertise in Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
