Compensation & Benefits Professional

We seek an experienced professional to support the design and implementation of effective compensation and benefits strategies and recognition programs in Singapore.

This role involves conducting market benchmarking, reviewing job evaluations, and supporting stakeholders on all C&B matters. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills and be able to meet tight deadlines while engaging diverse stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular market benchmarking and job evaluations to ensure competitive pay structures.
  • Manage compensation-related projects, salary reviews, increments, bonus payouts, and ad-hoc payments.
  • Oversee employee benefits, insurance, and wellness programs, ensuring efficient administration through HRIS and vendor coordination.
  • Support budget planning for C&B programs, including approvals and procurement processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to the Compensation & Benefits team on related matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits administration, with a strong foundation in HR.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong expertise in Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
