Responsible for compensation and benefits policies and programs

In your new role you will:

- Responsible for **Compensation and Benefits policies and programs **locally and provide support for other markets outside Singapore
- Manage work task and activities for **audits, benchmarking, compensation structures, job evaluation, income increase process and budgeting**:

- Ensure practices are **competitive, attractive and compliance to local legislation **, adhering to **corporate policies / guidelines**:

- Keep apprised of **industry trends **and **regulations **to ensure local programs are **relevant and progressive **with market trends.
- Provide consultation and advice as compensation & benefits expert

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource; preferably with specialization in **related field of Total Rewards**:

- 6+ years’ of related experience in **compensation and benefits **management **with strong foundation in job evaluation, compensation structures, incentive plan design, benchmarking and market analysis.
- Strong **problem solving **and **decision-making **skills
- Effective **communication and presentation skills **, with the ability to engage stakeholders and management
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required with knowledge on Tableau
