Senior Leadership Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our executive compensation practices and ensure alignment with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and market standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Stay informed about key market trends, industry developments, and statutory regulations in executive compensation.
  • Provide expert feedback on the competitiveness of our executive compensation packages and practices.
  • Benchmark executive-level positions within the industry and geographic locations where we operate to ensure fairness and equity.
  • Ensure that our compensation practices comply with all relevant laws and tax regulations.
  • Draft individual executive offers and employment packages for new hires and internal promotions.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
  • The ability to effectively communicate with C-level executives and translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • A strong understanding of compensation practices, legal and tax regulations, and reporting and governance practices in the APAC region.
  • Experience in developing, delivering, and rolling out significant compensation programs or projects.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position within our human resources department. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of executive compensation and a proven track record of success in this field.
