Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Strategist to design, implement, and manage compensation, benefits, and total rewards strategies that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute compensation strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Design and manage performance-based compensation programs that drive high performance and motivate top talent.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of salary structures to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Conduct market research and compensation benchmarking initiatives to remain competitive.
  • Manage and continuously improve employee benefits programs, including healthcare, retirement, and wellness initiatives.
  • Ensure all compensation and benefits practices comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Work closely with multiple stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proven track record of managing and executing compensation strategies in a mid-to-large-sized organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to achieve positive results and outcomes.
