Key Responsibilities
  • Benchmark compensation practices across industries and provide strategic recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective incentive plans.
  • Develop and refine compensation planning worksheets and excel-based simulations to support business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and developments in total rewards and provide market insights to inform decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with external vendors and industry networks to leverage expertise and stay informed about best practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in compensation management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Accounting/Finance/Economics/Statistics degree or related field is highly desirable.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with knowledge of programming/computing an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic setting.
  • Self-starter with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, able to pivot in a rapidly changing environment.
