
Executive Compensation Strategist

Looking for a rewarding career in compensation management? As a Vice President of Organisational Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's total rewards strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Benchmark compensation practices across industries and provide strategic recommendations to senior leaders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective incentive plans.
- Develop and refine compensation planning worksheets and excel-based simulations to support business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and developments in total rewards and provide market insights to inform decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with external vendors and industry networks to leverage expertise and stay informed about best practices.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in compensation management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Accounting/Finance/Economics/Statistics degree or related field is highly desirable.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with knowledge of programming/computing an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic setting.
- Self-starter with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, able to pivot in a rapidly changing environment.
