Compensation and Benefits Executive

As a Compensation and Benefits Executive, you will be responsible for leading the full spectrum of compensation and benefits functions within an organization. This includes formulating, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and initiatives to ensure alignment with corporate strategies and internal equity.

  • You will conduct job evaluation, competitive benchmarking analysis, and provide statistical reports and analysis to support recommendations or refinements to established guidelines.
  • Management of employee insurance programs, annual review and renewal, facilitation of compensation & benefits related training, tracking of headcount costs, and point of contact for consolidating, tracking, and headcount requests and approvals are also part of your responsibilities.
  • You will provide consultation and advice to business unit heads and HR business partners on compensation-related policies and practices.
  • Support in benefits review initiatives and annual budgeting and forecasting exercise is also expected from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Conduct job evaluations, salary surveys, and market research to inform compensation decisions.
  • Design and implement benefits programs that meet the needs of employees and support business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee data, including compensation and benefits information.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
