Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Strategist to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing overall marketing strategies for hotels to drive rooms and F&B revenue, collaborating with Business Units to align marketing strategies across the organization, and managing the team to develop and execute collaterals.

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to drive hotel occupancy and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with Business Units to ensure alignment of marketing strategies across the organization
  • Manage a team of marketers to develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online engagement and conversion

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Educational degree in Hospitality or Marketing & Communications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Hotel Marketing and/or Communications role and/or Events Management role
  • Experience in luxury travel industry preferred
  • Fluency in English oral and written with excellent writing skills
  • Experience in developing social media calendars, copywriting, and collaborations with influencers/content creators
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to write press releases
  • A self-starter and team player
