Compensation and Benefits Strategist

The Compensation and Benefits Strategist plays a vital role in formulating, reviewing and implementing human resources policies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts job evaluation and competitive benchmarking analysis to ensure alignment with corporate strategies and internal equity.
  • Provides statistical reports and analysis to support recommendations or refinements to established guidelines.
  • Manages employee insurance programs and assists in annual review and renewal.
  • Facilitates training on compensation and benefits related topics, tracks headcount costs and serves as the point of contact for consolidating and tracking requests and approvals.
  • Supports performance management procedures and processes.
  • Provides consultation and advice to business unit heads and HR business partners on compensation-related policies and practices.
  • Supports benefits review initiatives and annual budgeting and forecasting exercises.

General Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of compensation and benefits functions.
  • Undertakes any other HR initiatives and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum degree in Human Resources from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a manager required.
  • Office hours/5 days.
  • Excellent communication skills are a must.
  • Good management skills of team.
